For the benefit of our customers and potential customers, we retain any addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information provided to this site. We do so for the sole purpose of being able to provide our customers with useful information pertinent to cake decorating and candymaking. We will not, however, give, rent or sell your personally identifiable information to any third parties, unless required to do so by law. From time to time we intend to keep you informed of new products, services, tips, recipes, event announcements, etc. We assume that these are topics that are of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such information or have any other reason to not want us to have such information about you, please let us know and we'll remove your name as well as any other information about you from the mailing list.

Our Returned Check Policy

Checkwriters whose checks are returned from the bank for having insufficient funds or due to account closing will be charged $25.00 in addition to the original amount of the check. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, money order or cashiers check.

Our Returned Goods Policy

We will gladly accept for refund or exchange any undamaged nonedible product in its original container accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Due to sanitation reasons however (as well as state law), we cannot accept the return of any edible products, at any time. Also, we are sorry that we cannot accept any cakepans, molds or books for return.
